   ! The PostgreSQL API included in uuid-1.4.1 isn't rich enough to allow use of the SQL type as a PK, as only b-tree indexes can be used to back primary keys. Please see the patch at {link: http://codex.sigpipe.cz/misc/OSSP/uuid/ossp-uuid-pgsql-btree,0.patch} (but check the directory for possible newer revisions).
